Refund policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Leluxe Equine. It dose not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Regulations 2013.


Returns for any reason

You have 14 calender days starting from the day after you receive your order to tell us you wish to return it - no reason needed.

Once notified you have another 14 calender days to send the goods back to us.


Conditions for returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and fully complete.

Health and safety note: sealed sterile dressings, bandages and singe usesupplies cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return postage costs are at your own expense, unless the it is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service - we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.


Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your kit arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

We will arrange a free return and offer you a full refund or free replacement or exchange - whichever you prefer.


Items we cannot accept back

Opened or unsealed kits where sterile contents have been accessed or removed.

Goods damaged through misuse, neglect or improper storage.

Custom-made or personalised kits, unless faulty or incorrect.


How refunds work

Once we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund within 14 days using your original payment method.

For “any reason” returns: we refund the full product price plus the cost of our standard delivery — we may deduct an amount if the value of the goods is reduced due to unnecessary handling beyond what’s needed to check them.

Faulty or wrong items. Full refund including all delivery costs.
